Please open your fuse box to check if you notice any fuses that are discolored or (potentially) burnt. if you find one, that fuse might be linked to the dome lights.
To be sure, please call your local advanced auto parts to verify the fuse # is correct and then you can order the fuse through advanced autoparts.
Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome to the site. Since the vehicle is not cranking, it has to be in the charging system. Check your ignition fuse first. Make sure the terminals are cleaned and tight. Make sure the wires have no damage. If it checks out, since the battery is good, check your starter and starter solenoid. Do you have interior lights on?
YOU HAVE MAIN FUSE RELAY BOX IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT.YOU ALSO HAVE INTERIOR FUSE RELAY PANEL LOCATED BENEATH THE LEFT REAR SEAT.REMOVE THE OUTER COVER.THEN YOU WILL SEE FUSES AND RELAYS.
I am not real sure about this but my 2001 Blazer has this option. Right by the headlight switch is a button called the dome over-ride and if this is activated the interior domes will not work. Try that and if this is not the case let me know and I will look farther into it.
