Chrysler 300c speakers

When I plug my ipod in, sometimes the speakers on the driver's side completely stop working. Bumps sometimes make this happen, and they frequently go out and come back on. Any thoughts??

If this is only happening through the ipod then the plug in has wore out and will need to be replaced or the tangs inside the pleg need to be bent back out so contact can be made the problem is the bumps move the plug around and breaks contact newer cars are going to usb but im not sure if that is much better as the same could happen there to your local stereo shop can put a new plug in the stereo or if you know how to solder you can do it and go to radio shack and buy the port and install your self

SOURCE: my chrysler 300c will not shift from park

With out being able to see it sounds like you have a misadjusted or broken park lock cable. there is a cable that locks shifter in park unless Brake pedal is depressed. So if you are pressing the brake and can not shift into a gear. that would be the first place I would check

SOURCE: On my 2006 Chrysler Town & Country Touring,

Yes, most likely the door tracks need to be cleaned and lubricated as grit and other road debris has clogged up the tracks. Use a vacuum cleaner and a can of WD-40 lubricant [available at walmart, kmart, and any auto parts store] to get your door working smoothly again.
thanks for choosing fixya! Regards, Joe

It could be the groves on the regulator that have been worn down so it is not catching correctly. If you remove the door panel you should be able to shine a light into the door to see it the grooves have any tread left.

Reset alarm 2005 chrysler 300c

please download a copy of the owner's manual from this site. Enter the year and model number from the drop down list.

If you want to disarm the alarm then press the unlock button on the key. Usually the alarm stops after 15 minutes of flashing and 3 minutes of honking. But the system will tell you that the alarm had been triggered whilst you were away by giving 3 honks when you return and unarm the system.
