Question about Cars & Trucks
On my Kymco 2006 Bet & Win scooter suddenly my seat will not open with the key. The key turns as if the seat will lift, but the latch feels like it's still stuck. I've wiggled, pounds, pushed and pulled while turn the key but it will not disengage. What do you suggest I do to get the seat off?
SOURCE: the tailgate latch on our 2006 Chevy truck is in the open positio
there are little metal rods that connect to the handle of the tailgate, just like the rods that connect your door handles to the door hinges and lock mechanism. just pop off the plastic cover over the tailgate handle and check and see if the rods are still connected to the handle.

SOURCE: repair seat belt latch - stuck- 1998 buick park-
Seat belts are usually not repairable. The only thing that can be done is to check and make sure nothing is stuck in it or that it is not twisted. You have the kind that is in the seat back itself. These are a little more difficult to remove from the seat because it is so easy to break the plastic trim covers.Best thing to do if not familiar with auto repair to go to the dealer or auto repair shop that you trust and have them repair it.Good luck.

SOURCE: Trunk stuck on a 03 Corolla
I was able to unlock my trunk by using a wood pole to operate the interior safety unlock handle, which is located just above the trunk floor, against the rear of the trunk lid. You simply insert the wood pole between your rear seats, while attempting to locate the handle release. When you find the handle, use the wood pole to push down on it.
Then, I had to take the top of the truck mat loose by using a flat head screwdriver to pry the plastic plug holders loose from the trunk. I also had to use a 10mm socket to loosen the trunk locking mechanism. Once inside, I notice the remote release cable ball had dislodged from its slot. I simply placed the ball in its slot and reassembled the trunk.
Problem solve. :)

Testimonial: "I was thinking that, and I the screws that hold it in through the bottom are rounded off, so I will have to get them out another frustrating way."
