SOURCE: Does the horn have a fuse or a relay on a 2001Ford Explorer Sport

Check in the passenger fuse panel (driver's side), location 6, 10AMP (Right Horn)...



And, in the Power Distribution Center (underhood), position 28, 20AMP (Minifuse)...
