The ABS light comes and go,the scanner tells me these two codes c0040 and c0041.Is may be the durty harness? Should I try first to clean the wire and the connector before replacing the sensor itself? And most important ,where is the harness and the sensor located in order to find the connector?? Thanks

Its possible that right wheel speed sensor is dropping out early making the truck think that wheel is locking up. That will activate the ABS and let the brake go on the right wheel which will make the vehicle pull slightly left. The only way to know for sure is to watch the wheel speeds on a scanner and see which one is drpping out first and replacing that speed sensor/bearing assembly.
good Luck

HI there....Check to see if the code reader is a CAN OBD 2 code reader. If it is only OBD2 , that may be the problem. In 2003 Some vehicle manufacturers ( ford,Gm,Mazda and Saab) began using a new computer protocol called Controller Area Network (CAN) with the OBD2 and if your vehicle is CAN OBD 2 the simple OBD2 code reader will not work.Contact your local dealer to determine if you vehicle is CAN or not or find a code reader that is CAN OBD2 capable. Hope this helps you out
SOURCE: trying to locate MAF sensor
Look near your A/C system and under the overflow hose for the coolant. It is a round can looking thing with a small wiring harness attached on top. There rae 3 hex screws holding it on to the bracket. Remove these and slip it off of the air intake tube. Use a small screwdriver to depress the small latch on the inside of the harness and gently pull it off. Disassemble the MAF sensor from the mounting plate, remove it from the vehicle and spray the wires with carburetor cleaner several times. That should clean it up for you. Good luck and let me know if you need more info.

If you haven't purchased the plugs yet. The wire color codes should be included in the package.
