You need to go back over all the bulbs. Take each one out and put it back in making sure its working properly. Most likely a bulb is not grounding. I had this on a f-150 that took two days to track down. Good luck

Could be the turn singal relay not getting the correct power when lights engaged. Take out bulb from headlight and then turn on headlights. Now no power to the headlights. Try to turn on blinkers now. If they blink replace signal relay, if they still are solid it may be your flasher. Just a guess without looking. Thanks.
most likely a shorted bulb best plan is remove the easiest one and try the signals again. if you find the blinkers are working now with the lights on then you found your suspected bulb
Have you checked the contacts to make sure they have good contact with the bulb base? I have a 1995 Ford Contour. The turn signal went out. I replaced the bulb and it would work when it wanted to. I checked the contacts and sure enough they weren't making good contact with the bulb. I took a screwdiver and slightly bent the contacts a little. It has worked good ever since.
with the blinker on hold the socket in your hand and wiggle on the bulb and see if it starts to blink. if so then you have a bad socket that needs replaced or sometimes can be cleaned and apply electrical grease. if you cant get the bulb to blink then get in vehicle and watch the signl indacator while putting pressure on the selector in which ever direction your having problems with. if you get it to work properly by doing this then you will need a new switch .
TURN SIGNALS WILL FEED BACK THROUGH THE TURN SIGNAL SWITCH.THEY ARE INDEPENDENT OUT SIDE ON THE CAR BUT NOT IN THE SIGNAL SWITCH.REPLACE THE SIGNAL SWITCH
the blinkers work erratically
