The LED screen on my 1999 saab 9-3 convertible is burned out.

ive been told it can be done but the saab 900 roof is electronic and the early saab 9-3 roof is hydraulic. i was toying with the idea of getting mine converted when it was playing up(mine saab900) hope this helps

If the battery cable are not corroded, replace the battery. The battery is a very important component of an electrical system. Any check engine lights? 99 models often have a hole burned into the turbo hose on the right side of the car.

I assume you're referring to the SID (system information display) that shows the temperature, distance to empty, etc.

You CAN take this apart and apply pieces of foam or rubber to increase the tension/pressure being applied to the LCD panel itself.

If any oil gets on a halogen bulb (this includes oil from fingers when it is installed) the life of the bulb will be drastically shorter than an un-contaminated bulb. Just one possibility. A very likely possibility.

I need to know where the relays are for 1999 SAAB Convertible top.

Depending on the overall condition of the engine, it could have worn or frozen rings, worn valve guides or the turbo you installed is worn out. These are driven by exhaust pressure and if their bearings are worn, you may be getting a mix of compressed air from the turbo and oil that is seeping past the compressor's internal seals.

This sounds very much like burned contacts in the relay for the window motors.

How do I replace the left Xenon low beam bulb on my 2007 9-3 4dr 2.0 turbo SAAB?. The battery box , fuse box and windshield washer resivour practically a **** upto the back of the bulb area.
Do I have to remove the entire headlight assembly? if so will that ruin the auto light adjustment for the lowbeam.

I own a  99' 9-5 V6 turbo SE.  Had the same thing.  Started smelling gas in the car, sometimes.  Instead of not starting it died (as in the engine stopped) on a barren stretch of road at night.  Towed to the Saab dealer: Conclusion?  Replaced the fuel pump and sending unit. Don't ask how much.
