look in the repair manual for the out put speed sensor location
p0720 is usually a speed sensor. Newer BMWs have a speed sensor at each wheel, which also sends information to your traction control. If one of the sensors is giving a wrong reading, the vehicle thinks you are losing traction and it cuts power.
