There are several sensors, relays and fuses involved with the fuel pump. The fuses are in two locations. Under the hood near the battery and in the drivers side panel below the dash. Make sure all the fuses are good then on to a manual to test relays and sensors.

It's in the fuse panel next to the battery. They use the EFI relay. Pull the relay and check for power. It probably works but you can switch it with one of the (fan I think) relays that is the same.

Where are the other two fuse blocks on the 1981 mercedes 380slc... im looking for the fuse for the fuel pump

The fuse box you are looking for will be under the hood, most likely on the drivers side firewall. It will be a Black Box and the lid should pop off. Sometime the Diagram is printed ont he lid, but your owners manual will should the Fuse Placement. It may even tell you were to look under the hood to find it. Hope this helps.

Which relay under the dash controls the fuel pump

Only the PCM and the fuel pump relay power the pump.
If the engine runs on starting fluid, we can assume the ASD relay is working because the coils have voltage from it.
You need to check to see if the pump relay has power from a 20amp fuse and a ground signal from the PCM. If it does, and you have power to the pump, the pump has failed.

I bought a brand new fuel pump and now im hearin a clickin sound from da hood where da fuel pump fuse at or is it the relay and my car start sometimes

Most likely it is the fuel pump relay. It is located in the high amp fuse box under the hood and there should be a diagram on the fuse box cover or inside the fuse box itself.

I need fuse diagram for 2002 chevy blazer im trying to find fuse for fuel pump

Look in the fuse box under the hood. Find fuse "ECM B" which is on circuit 120 which excites the fuel pump relay. This is the fuse you want to inspect. The relay pin next to it is controlled by the PCM. The other 2 pins on the relay control the pump and the other the prime circuit.
