I doubt that there is a reset button. Fuel pump is controled by fuel pump relay which is controlled by ECU, which computes the needed fuel needed by the engine, based on inputs from many sensors on the engine. If you are having problems check with an auto parts store who may help you read the error codes and will sluggest needed parts.
what in the world is a fuel reset button?
if you are referring to the long term and short term fuel trims within the pcm you would need a factory scan tool to update/reset it. may i ask why you need to reset the fuel trims?
Try resetting fuel pump. I do believe the reset button is on the forward passengers side of vehicle. The button is behind the plastic shield. Reset once or twice. This hopefully will fix your problem. Look in your manual for exact placement of fuel pump reset button
There is no reset button on General Motors vehicles. If your vehicle does not start you have to find out what your vehicle is not getting.Fuel or spark.
GM CARS DON'T USE A FUEL PUMP RESET BUTTON, THEY HAVE AN OIL PRESSURE CONTROLLED FUEL PUMP CUTOFF SWITCH ON THE ENGINE, IF THE CAR HAS NO OIL PRESSURE AND THE KEY WAS ON THE FUEL PUMP SHUTS OFF.
No, there is no RESET button. SOMETIMES when you run out of gas, the fuel pump will continue running DRY ( no fuel ) until the engine quits ( losses oil pressure ) which shuts off the fuel pump. Unfortunately this causes the fuel pump to burn out. Most probably needs replacement. Test for power to the fuel pump. Hope this helps.
