I just had to replace alternator on my Lexus GX470 and now the drivers side power window controls do not work for passenger windows. Only the driver window button works. THe sun roof button is no longer automatic. must hold it down to open and close. Could this be a fuse blown when the alternator went out?

will need both motors and regulators if you are getting power to the window motors.

Fuse is blown. Replace fuse for the said windows.

This sounds like a window motor that has burnt out. When replacing the motor it's also a good idea to replace the window regulator also contained inside the door.

Looks like the window/door control ECU lost it's program while the power was off or low. You need to see the lexus dealer to reprogram the ECU which is done with a sequence of buttons to press.
