    I heard this was a concern. I replaced the main relay switch... not an easy task. Car has same problem. Yes, I added fuel...

Yes there is a fuel pump relay.I have a 90 Honda accord and have replaced it all.

Its called a Main Fuel Pump Relay.. It controls Fuel Pump, Starter, Ignition.. and Like 12 things.. Get one And I guarantee that'll fix it.. It looks like a cell phone on the upper inside of the dash.. about 52 Bucks from the dealer.. Try it

You could possibly have a faulty fuel pump relay. Pull the relay out and see if the terminals are clean.

I have had the exact same symptoms from a 86 Honda Accord and it turned out to be the fuel pump!

1991 honda accords had a recall on the ignition control module this in the distributor more commonly known as the igniter. call a honda dealer with your vin number and they will tell you yours has been replaced or not. Mine was so had to to buy one at auto parts store for $60 .kinda expensive for this little chip with 4 wires.
