If you have the factory alarm system, you can put your key into either door and lock and unlock the door, that signals the computer to deativate the alarm. If you have an aftermarket alarm system installed, it will have to be removed and the wiring that the alarm ties into must be restored to factory design.

Actuator —Power Door Lock, Front
Removal
Remove the front door latch. For additional information, refer to Latch—Front Door .
Remove the power door lock actuator from the front door latch.
Release the locking tabs.
Remove the power door lock actuator from the front door latch.
If I understand you correctly your saying that the only door on your van that you can unlock with a key or remote is the sliding side door and that all the other doors will not unlock with the key or the remote? If this is the case then the two front doors most likely have a problem with the fuse to the actuators so you should check the fuse in the fuse box which may be located either under the drivers dash or in the engine compartment on the drivers side over the wheel well.

then there is seat clip push seat forward with upward motion
this releases back floor clamps once released pull seat back this releases the front clamps then pull seat out of back door
