What kind of choke set up is on it?

Sounds like the typical main relay problem on your Accord. It runs fine, but when warm, will not restart for a few minutes after you shut it off. Have the main power relay replaced.

There is a problem with the theft deterrent system and it needs to be fixed for the light to go off.You need to get the codes to find out what could be causing the light to stay on.You can try the quick relearn.Just attempt to start the car and leave the key on,in ten minutes the light will go off.Then try starting the car.Sometimes this works but you should still get the codes.Could be a worn out key resistor,or a bad ignition cylinder.This is the part that the key goes into.Sometimes the wire in the cylinder breaks.This will cause a no start.If you go to a G.M.dealer they have a V.A.T.S machine and they can check your key for you.Hope this helps.Let me know what you find or what codes you get.Good luck.

Sounds like an EGR valve sticking. Start the engine cold and let it warm up. As soon as it starts to hesitate/stumble, pull the vacuum hose off the EGR and if the engine maintains a steady idle, replace the EGR valve. The EGR is sticking intermittently but it won't be long before it sticks all the time and you won't be able to keep the car running when it gets warm. This is an easy diagnosis, removal and replacement for the do it yourself car owners. Please rate me on my answer.

sounds like a battery terminal ,or earth connection from battery to chassis ,or where the power is picked up from which is the starter motor terminal ,sorry i am not very explicit but i live in spain and not may buicks to the euro here,But if i got my greasy hands under the bonnet i could no doubt find the problem

Be sure its all the way in park or try neutral.Its possible that security system does not recognize the key. Is security light flashing or on steady? Shut all doors and windows,trunk,hood, turn off all accessory's,roll down drivers window, turn key off and remove for at least 1 minute, insert key into ignition, try to start leaving key to run position for 20 minutes, turn key to off,wait 15 seconds, try to start again leaving key to run, wait 20 minutes, turn key off,wait 15 seconds, try to start, This should relearn key code. It may relearn after 1 learn cycle and start if system is ok. Hope this helps and that the weather is dry and warm for this procedure!.. i think this may solve ur problem..
