I have a 1992 Cadillac Sedan Deville which I recently purchased at an auto auction not knowing that the fuel data center and the electronic climate control do not work. The components are not displaying anything. When I took it to the cadillac dealer they told me that the components were fried, so I got the WORKING components and replaced them both. Still not doing anything all fuses are getting power to them, and whenever I push the defrost button a ticking is going on near the relay switch, which I replaced and it is still ticking, any adivce?

hey have you taken it to autozone and had them do a free diagnostics on the car then can tell u exactly what the problem is i am suspecting a computer issue

Your vat system, more then likely. I had that same prob with 90 cadi deville. Went on line to this site I found called new rockie.com . This guy ivented a bypass for your vat alarm and everything still work. Its very reasonable and after you install it you can buy your keys from walmart for a couple of dollars.
