Try this easy solution first...It should work almost everytime unless it is a mechanical issue.
Heres the method I have been using since CD's first came out...
Gently slide another CD into the slot, keep hold of it! dont let it slide all the way in.
Once its about halfway in, GENTLY push down on it as you pul it back out.
The stuck CD should come sliding right out with it.

Is there something inside the Player preventing it from not "Ejecting"?

If there was a Mechanical Failure inside the CD Player then you are going to have to remove the Player, and mechanically disassemble the Player to (1) Remove the CD, (2) Repair the Player for future use...

Mini cooper radio quit , fuses not blown

IF you used a knife to attempt to remove the second cd that was stuck and the blade went UNDER the cd, it might have hit the the head of the cd player and shorted something out. IT might have also cause the head to be jammed and it wont move. The only thing that you can do now is remove it.

2005 pt cruiser cd player rejects cd and shows err

Either it's a bad CD (format, or scratches), or you have a faulty CD Player. If the CD player is bad, it is likely much cheaper to just buy a new one, than to fix the factory one.

I have a 2005 Ford 500. I have twoo CD"S stuck in the player. How do I remove them?

If the two cd's which are stuck, if you can see that cd's then pull the cd with pliers. Its a two mouth pliers to pull the things out.The cd may get cracked/ break while removing. But if the cd's are not seen or its very hard stuck, then in that case. The cd player has to be removed out of dash.Yes it will be time consuming, and will not be very simple. But once the player is out, its not much to do.The cd player bottom has few screws to be removed.Once you remove the screws, the complete top assembly will get lifted. You can say" complete casing" will be lifted.Once the casing is out.You will visually see the cd, and you can manually slide the cd out and remove it.---------- ---------- Click this link for cd player removing procedure from dash :--------- http://whoisbyme.blogspot.com/2011/08/how-to-remove-cd-player-from-dash-of.html ----------- This will help.Thanks.Helpmech.
