Navigation is in the trunk.
Remove carpet. Open part of trunk closer to back seat.
you will see plastic container containing tools, jack.
On the right side, there is a small cover with two notches.
Press them down, and pull the cover forward.
It will come out and reveal the DVD drive.
Put key in ignition switch to remove DVD and insert new one.
I have a 2010 RX350. I looked at the trunk as you described. For the likes of me, I cannot locate that small cover with two notches, i.e. cannot find that DVD drive. To the right of the plastic container tools, jack, etc, there is the wheel well with the spare wheel, but there is (looked like) a heat sink there. I looked all over as you described, and could not find that DVD drive. Where is it? Thanks.
