My truck is stuck in 4 lo

On what? Most 4x4's use vacuum to engage the front differential. If no vacuum....... No 4x4

I think you have to put it neutral to do this

Try having the truck where you can reverse for 75 to 100 feet shift truck into 2whieel then into reverse and back up 100 feet this should unlock the differential. if not get under truck there will be a a small switch mounted to the transfer case near shifter remove switch push rod in with a screw driver then re-install switch on transfer case.this will work.

Try tapping the encoder motor with a hammer while a helper pushes the 2 high button. The encoder motor is the part on the transfer case that switches through the different drive options.

check for vacum leakes. check the 4wd actuator located under th battery box. I uses vacum to pull in and out of 4wd

I have the same trouble. It seems a relay is keeping it in 4wheel drive. I havne't solved the trouble yet. It may be a loose or corroded wire in the connector to the TCCM located in the passenger kick panel. Dealer part about $450 or more. For the moment I took out the fuse for the 4 wheel drive. It is located in the lower right hand side in the fuse the box under the hood. It disengages the 4wheel drive and I replace the fuse if I need the 4wheel drive.

your high low range shift solenoid is out!! change it!

I just had the same problem it is the position sensor on the encoder motor i think you have to replace the whole encoder motor though
