1. Jack up r/f tire off the ground and check for play or any out of round tire condition. 2.Check that plenum doors on heater box are opening & closing when settings on dash are changed. Make sure heater control valve on engine side of firewall on heater hose moves when you switch from a/c to heat (default on valve is heat if you have that valve) #. check license plate lamps they may be burned out, also check for power & ground in socket if necessary. ABS needs special attention by dealer...You can however check that all electrical connections including controller, usually under rear seat are not corroded etc and see if wheel sensors are plugged in, clean and not hitting anything (especially on r/f wheel where you already have a wobble problem. abs default is to a normal brake system so though annoying it is not terribly dangerous. That wobble is possibly dangerous that's why I list it as #1!!!

Loosen nut on top of steering gear box. Tighten adjustment bolt 1/4 turn at a time then tighten nut. Drive and see if it hold together better. Repeat until you can't tighten adjustment bolt any more. If it's still iffy, replace your steering gear box.

I had the same problem; I had to replace the steering stabilizer and the track bar. There is a technician's service bulletin out about this problem; happens alot with Jeeps. Use aftermarket parts. It's called the "Death Wobble" and you can lose control of the vehicle very easily.
