Code 1705 is brand specific, for Toyota it is for a problem with a clutch sensor inside the transmission.
The sensor would need to be tested by a mechanic or someone with the tools and diagnostic info.

No, that would depend on where you are and what the actual problem is. You could call the dealer and they might offer an estimate cost.

but they don't know what is the code mean, they said will check first then see what the problem is

If the shop does not know what the code means, you need a different shop. The code means the sensor is not working, or the computer is not getting a signal from the sensor. The sensor measures activity of one of the clutches in the transmission.

SOURCE: How to read trouble codes on 1998 Toyota Camry w/o scan tool

You can go to any auto parts store and they will usually read them for you for free. Around the late 90s many of the auto computer systems began requiring scan tools rather than the older method of simply flashing lights on the dash if you jumpered the correct pins.

SOURCE: check engine light code p420

The "check engine" warning light advises that the vehicle is in "fail safe" mode. That means only some of the car's capabilities are operational, just enough to get you to the nearest service point. You probably should not drive it any further than that. Have your service man download and analize the fault codes from the ECM which will indicate what the problem is. The p420 code appears to indicate a probelem with your 02 sensors and maybe the catalytic convertor. The remedy may be to fit a new convertor but as these are expensive to replace, you may want to wait until the car has to pass an emissions test.

2001 Toyota Camry Solara. Why doesn't my Solara start, and stay running.

Question edited for clarity and dreadful English :>D You can't use don't and won't in the same sentence. Don't should have been 'doesn't' but then you still have a double negative.
Question moved to make year model category.

It could be lots of things, but the good news is that an auto electrician can connect a professional grade scan tool computer, check for diagnostic trouble codes and diagnose in about 20 minutes.

You have a new old car or your Solara? This one is a bit complicated.

They are normally above your left knee when sitting in the driver's seat. That is where it is on my ES330.
