Seems to be a computer problem. Non of the doors will not lock with the remote button or with interior button(s) used. Nor will the doors automatically lock when being driven. The doors will unlock however when the interior button is pushed and the remote button is pushed once (drivers) or the other 3 when pushed a second time. When remote lock is pushed the horn will sound as it should to indicate that the locking function has occurred; but the locks do not lock.
Have you had it checked to see if DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes stored in the BCM - body control module ? That's the first thing you should have done . Dealer or other independent reair shop that has a factory or professional type scan tool . Auto part stores can't pull these codes .
The keyless entry system has the following main components:
• The transmitters
• The body control module (BCM)
• The remote control door lock receiver (RCDLR)--When you press a button on the transmitter, the transmitter sends a signal to the RCDLR. The RCDLR receives the signal and sends a serial data message requesting the appropriate function from the BCM.
• Keyless Entry Antenna which is a coaxial cable that runs from the RCDLR to the back glass. It attaches with a 9 volt battery style connection to a grid on the back glass, this style antenna is used to increase range and performance for Keyless Entry and Remote Vehicle Start systems .
Circuit/System Description
When the body control module (BCM) detects a transition of either of the door lock switches to the LOCK position, it switches the door lock actuator lock control circuit to voltage. Since the door lock actuator lock control circuit is at ground potential within the BCM, the door lock actuators transitions to the LOCK position and when the BCM detects a transition of either of the door lock switches to the UNLOCK position, it switches the door lock actuator unlock control circuit to voltage. Since the door lock actuator unlock control circuit is at ground potential within the BCM, the door lock actuators transitions to the UNLOCK position.
The driver door lock actuator unlock control circuit is a dedicated control circuit used only for the driver door lock actuator motor. This is done so that the driver door may be unlocked by itself using a keyless entry transmitter or an automatic door unlock function, if programmed.

They are right at the GM dealer, u need a new module, have seen and fixed this very issue, have the dealer do a national inventory search both in Canada and the USA, if the dealer won't, call a US dealer and ask them to try and get the part for U, have done this more than once for out of production parts, always got the part from somewhere.

HI MY NAME IS JUAN:
I HAVE A 93 BUICK SKYLARK CUSTOM
AND I HAD THE SAME HESITATION.
I CHAGED GAS FILTER, AIR FILTER, AND USE SEA FOME IN MY GAS TANK AND USE IT ALSO TO CLEAN THE INTAKE SYSTOM, AND IT HELPED ALOT. TWO MONTHS DOWN THE LINE HADE THE SAME HESITATION AND IT WAS ONE OF THE INISION COIAL PACK WAS NOT GIVING THE ELETRICAL SPARK TO THE PLUG. I CHECK IT BY PULLING THE CABLE OFF THE SPARK PLUG WITH THE CAR RUNNING AND FOUND THE ONE THAT WAS NOT GIVING SPARK. I REPLACED THE PACK FOR THAT CILINDERS PLUG AND THE PROBLEM WAS GONE.
