Door panel removal of 2007 nissan sentra

Is there a release catch behind the panel in the boot of the vehicle? Some have a emergency release switch behind the panel.... Hope this helps...

You must remove the panel behind the mirror on the inside of the door.It may be a small pop off panel or you may have to remove the entire door panel.Once removed you will see three nuts on the back of the mirror,remove them and unplug the wire.Then reverse the procedure.

If it is the rear door panel, you start by lifting, pulling upward, the door closer/arm rest.
Remove the electric window control and disconnect wire from switch.
Remove two hex/phillip head screws which are visible when you remove arm rest.
Remove a plastic screw on rear edge of door located about 6 inches below window glass.
Gently pry around edges of door panel to force plastic fasteners (approximately 6) out.

On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls

the handle section of the door is snap-tite. remove it to find the fastening bolt(s) then unclip the rest of the door.

Every door panel is preety much the same. They have a screw by the mirror, a screw on the inside door handle. You also have to remove widow crank or power buttons. Everything is removable with a philips and flathead screwdriver.
Now for the door panel itself; They have little plastic screws that you have to pry off one by one.
When you use your flathead screwdriver, you must put it as close to the plastic screw as possible to avoid breaking it. Just pry up one by one and the door panel will eventually loosen up all the way. Then pull up and it will come off.
To put back on: make sure all screws and holes are line up before pushing back inour the screws will break. You can tap them on with just your hand.

There should be a screw where you put your hand to close the door and a screw under the door latch remove both of those. next pop the plastic clips out that hold the panel in place by prying on them with a flathead screwdriver being careful not to scratch the paint. now the door panel should move but wont be completly off. next reach behind it and disconect the two rods by uncliping the clip on each one. if you have power locks and windows disconect the wire harnesses by pulling them apart they usualy have a tab you have to push to unclip them.
