We have a grand caravan se with a 3.3 v6 and 30000 miles. All the lights, headlights, gauges, radio will flicker and or go on and off the whole time we drive it. The problem just started after we put new tires on it. Don't know why that would have been cause but it's just kinda odd. The abs and brake warning lights on the dash are the only ones to come on and flicker as well. Any ideas?
Sounds like a wiring issue, it's actually hard to diagnose without being there, with that many things happening all at once I'd guess a possible problem with the underhood relay/fuse box. On older vans they sometimes short out inside.To be sure you might want to go to your dealer, for about an hours labour they should be able to diagnose it properly. They will only go as far as you tell them to.

had a strange burning electrical smell and then failed to start.. put in new alternator and new battery.. will not hold a charge and all lights flicker
