Are you sure it is a bulb issue, if all the brake lights are not working chances are it may be a brake light switch which is located on the brake pedal assemly.
If it's the bulbs, there are two screws holding each rear light assembly in place, open the hatch, they are on the hatch side of the lights, remove the screws and then the light will come free, to reove the sockets just rotate them and they will come out. pull the bulbs out and reverse all the steps.
If you need a switch, let me know, I'll give you the steps for replacement.
Good luck

My tail lights and wipers dont work while truck is on

I think the ignition starter switch is defective, that would be the only thing that i know of that could cause this. The ignition starter switch is located at the base of the steering column roughly on the top. Pay attention to the adjustment of the old switch and place the new switch in the same position. Do not break the connector removing it. take your time. The part is about $12.00.

I just bought a 2006 Toyota Corolla S, and my dash lights and tail lights wont come on. All the other lights work, such as the headlights, break lights, turn signals, four ways, front fog lights and...

the tail light issue could be just bad bulbs, check them with a meter ,, also, check the sockets for power to each contact point,, normally if the brake lights and flashers are working, the tail lights should too,, as far as the dash lights have you installed an after market stereo? If so a common problem is a wrong wire got grounded,The harness from the car to the factory radio has a wire for the dash lights that shows up as ground with the light off. When the lights are on the wire is 12V+. Check to see if you connected the ground from the new stereo to this wire. The radio will work perfect but everytime you turn thr park light on the fuse will blow...and the radio will continue to work. There should be a ground wire in the harness as well, ensure you connect the ground from the new stereo to this wire. there is a 15 amp fuse that blows, check them with a meter rather than by sight

I have a 1995 honda accord and the break lights will not go off i put a new break switch on the car and it didnt work i also checked all the fuses and dont know what it could be

it could be a turn signal relay that is stuck. do your turn signals work, I know that sounds weird but for american cars the turn signal interrupts the brake light so if ur turn signals are not working properly it might be, also there is probably a brake/hazard relay

How do i find the brake light fuse on my 2003 jeep grand cherokee? fuse 19 under the dashboard is antilock brakes. Is that the correct fuse?

That's for the abs system only, not the brake lights. All brake lights are not working? Check the brake light switch (aka stop light switch), which is attached to the upper brake pedal, and has a wire attached to it. If it's shot, the brake lights won't work. If this is not the problem, let me know so I can help further.
