Here you go. Nornally, the main fuse box is always under the hood on the drivers side near the firewall. The interior one is generally by your left knee, but sometimes in either side (driver or passenger side) of the console under a removable flap.
These videos will help you specifically for the Taurus.

If it is not the fuse it could be one of two things. One is the switch. This is the one you turn to adjust the speed of your fan. I have replaced one of these before. It requires you take apart the center console and remove and replace the switch. The other possibility is the blower motor. I have run into this one twice before. It is located behind the glove box and requires you to remove the cover to it and the round fan (squirrel cage) and replace the motor and reinstall. Be sure and check the fuses first. If I remember right there is one specifically for the fan blower. Check the under the hood fuse box as well as the one by the glove box. Your book should specify which one the fuse is in. Good luck
there is one fusebox under the hood in the engine compartment next to the battery and then theres one inside the car in the center of console, heres a diagram to help you locate the inside fuse box and also the fuse locations, the underhood fusebox will have a label with fuse locations on the cover. good day.
