SOURCE: Chevy Corsica blower motor does not work
Hello...
Your problem can also be a bad blower resistor. But, the replacement of either the resistor or the motor is not hard at all.
Good Luck...

Your blend door is probibly not moving all the way to vent position. If you put it on vent there is probibly air blowing on floor or defrost. It may also be opening just a fraction and causing back pressure on the blower motor causing the noise. Is there any difference in outside air or recirculate?

No. Pull your bolts so you can remove the engine and then change the mounts while the engine is hanging.

Check the blower motor resistor.Remove glove box door and look at the top of the A/C box. There should be a relay you can feel clicking when you put the fan on high. In the immediate vicinity of that relay is the connector for the resistor. The resistor assembly screws into the A/C box.Follow the blower motor wires the other end of wires connected to blower motor resistor .Thanks. Keep updated for any more query.
