Intermitent rear wiper operation and sunroof issue.

Greetings:
I own a 1994 range rover classic LWB. When I turn on my rear wiper, it travels about six inches and then stops. Then it will travel a few more inches and stop. Interestingly, my sunroof also stopped operating. However, by change I turned on my rear wiper and pushed the sunroof switch. It too began to operate intermitently as long as the rear wiper switch was activated. When I turned off the wiper, the sunroof also stopped operating. I suspect, its a relay problem although I can hear the wiper relay clicking somewhere iunder the dash. Is the problem with the rear wiper relay (location?) or with the sunroof relay (location?). I'm perplexed. Thanks in advance.
