P0101 is maf circuit range / performance, p0107 is map curcuit low input, p0303 is # 3 cylinder misfire detected.

Toyota Highlander code po303 and PO430
The p303 is a misfire on cylinder 3. Most likely a bad ignition coil. The p430 is an evaporate system code. (The system that goes off when your gas cap is loose). On Toyotas, most likely replacing the charcoal canister.

code po303 refers to cylinder 3--misfire detected===causes --engine mechanical fault---wiring---ignition/ fuel system---injector---ECT/MAF sensor---ECM. check plug and HT lead to no 3 cylinder. Check that the injector to 3 cylinder is operational and not blocking or squirting. Have a compression test done to check for compression / gasket problems

i still have same code po303 i have change spark plugs and coil i add a ground wire i can resat end drive for 20+ milages no check enigine light
turn off start up runs for minute or so then coms back on check enigine light same po303 enigine runs very smoth no vibration what so ever I AM LOST

The UO101 is a transmission communication error: poor communication to your transmission ECM / computer

The UO105 is a fuel injection communication error: Poor communication to your fuel injector ECM/ computer.

po107 map curcuit low input. to change map sensor is easy, usually 2 screws and a vacuum hose. differant on all vehicles. go to any auto parts store and they will tell ya where it is for your engine.
