Either fuse is under power or there is a short circuit in the wiring. Also clean the battery posts.

I had the same problem on my 05 civic. The problem lies with the wires that run up the right hand side of the trunk lid. Under the loom that covers the wires there are three wires that tie into one and the wires will break free from the solder holding them together. I put a new wire connector on and the lights are working fine now.

SOURCE: '95 Honda Civic EX will not start after cleaning fuel injectors

I would talk to who cleaned the injectors, I don't know if it something they did or not. It could be a stuck open injector. The exhaust would have a raw fuel odor if it was. What it sounds like is a blown headgasket, which can just happen. The exhaust would have a sweet smell to it. Usually starts as a small leak (between cyl. 2 & 3), the engine burns the coolant while driving which you don't see. Then the coolant level gradually drops to a point where the car overheats, which warps the head, causing a large leak. Now you see the coolant burning (white smoke).
Good luck Honda Al

SOURCE: Driver side door won't lock electronically

very common problem is the door lock actuator. i would recommend replace that. a good idea also would be to remove the door panel and check all the rods that connect to the assembly and make sure one didnt pop off.

Testimonial: "I figured it out before i got the answer, but you were right, it was the actuator for sure, i replaced it and it worked just fine. thank you!"

I just changed engine in a 97 ford f150 5.4 now it wont start everything is pluged in allsensors are good whats the problem?

Check the fuses in the fuse box under the dash and theignition fuses under the hood one might have blown I would start with the ones under the dash I had this problem before. If the engine ran before then the computer boxes and control modules must be good you have I believe two ignition fuses one. Under the hood and the other under the dash. Hope this helpd

02 civic 1.7 ecu fuse under hood pops every time i turn key to on? since i shut it of at the store

You have a short somewhere. A fuse is a protective device against too much current. A spike in current indicates a free flow of electricity through the fuse. No way should the ecu be drawing more than the fuse can handle. A short somewhere would draw a LOT more power than the fuse can handle and would blow the fuse.
NEVER replace a fuse with a higher amperage fuse. Use only the recommended size fuse. If it keeps blowing, you still have a problem. Fuses are cheap, burning your car to the ground will be expensive.

I have a 99 Honda civic the rear defroster is out where is the fuse at

Check both fuse boxes, one under the hood in right
rear of engine compartment and under the driver's
side instrument panel. Diagram should be on the
fuse box cover. If fuse blows again you may have
a wiring problem and Honda is your best bet.

How do i replace the fuse for the AC of 1990 honda civic hatchback? It was done last wek but has blown again!

look under the hood in the fuse box read the lid and find the fuse labled A/C. pull the fuse out with a fuse puller or pliers or your fingers and replace with a new one. fuses dont just blow for no reason- if it keeps blowing you have a bigger problem somewhere

3 of the power windows in my Honda Civic stopped working . . . driver's door still works . . . any ideas?

well you have to start with the fuses so under the hood check fuse # 13 40 amp and then go in the car and the under dash fuse box and check fuses # 22 , 24 and 25 they are all 20 amp fuses. if they are all okay i would then check wire the wires go from the door into the car in the lam! pull back the rubber boot and look for broken wires if you don't see non give a few of the thicker ones a few tugs to make sure a break isn't further than you can see and if not then go to the master switch in drivers door for a bad child lock switch! but broken wires in the boot are the most common and cuold also cause the fuse to blow! but check all those fuses first! good luck
