Loose wire between headlight switch and lights.
Find it before it shorts something out.

Replace light switch. Reach under the dash and find the switch you will feel a button on top of the wight switch push it down pull the switch knob all the way out, (Unhook battery first) then unscrew the beauty ring then pull the switch down and then remove wire connector and go buy a new one and replace it. if your a big guy it may give you a problem, but replace it before it burns up your wiring harness.

Headlights flashing at blinker speed

Flickering headlights can get you a ticket to the policeman's ball, but more importantly, they may indicate trouble inside your car. This problem can result from many potential causes, but whatever the reason, you must identify and address it before your lights go out altogether.

Lights flicker

When my headlights started to flicker at night, I soon found out it was the battery. It died one night sitting in a friend's driveway with the radio and headlights on. My battery was over 5 years old at the time, and the tow truck driver said I was lucky to have it work that long. I purchased a new battery and the lights no longer flicker at night. Just a suggestion. Hope this helps you.

1998 toyota corolla dash and shifter lights out fuse and relay good

sounds like you have a bad panel dimmer control. try turning the control from bright to dim very fast a few times then slowly, do this in a dark area or at night with the headlights on, you should see a flicker of light occasionally. If you don't see any light then it could be either the headlight switch or the dimmer control, if you DO see any light, then it's your dimmer

Turned high beams on 1 night, headlights started flickering, turned back to low, was fine. Now they do it on both, and I hear a clicking coming from behind the dash near glovebox? They do not go out all...

The clicking sound is the headlight relay / thermal limit switch -- probably faulty. The light switch operates this relay -- something could be overheating or the relay coil could be faulty and not holding the realy contacts closed. Sounds like replacing the relay would be the most likely solution.
