Where is the bank 1 sensor2 located on 2006 Vw Passat 2.0t

Sensor 2 is always located after the catalytic converter. Bank 1 is the engine bank that holds the #1 cylinder. Since the 2.0L is an inline engine with only one bank, there's ah, only 1 B1S2 sensor.

Im working on a 1998 vw passat i have it running but wen release gas pedal engine stop working the scanner giveme code P 135

You did not post the entire code. There are two possibilities here:
P0135 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1
P2135 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "A"/"B" Voltage Correlation

BIG DIFFERENCE!

What fuse amp and what fuse number go to 1998 vw passat v6 Into the cigarettes lighter and the one in the trunk All 12 volt spots

For 1998 VW Passat V6 the fuse box is located on the left side of dashboard behind a plastic cover (for left hand steering wheel vehicle). On inner face of the plastic cover you will find the fuse diagram.
The cigarette lighter fuse for 1998 VW Passat V6 is placed in the fuse box / relay plate fascia 1, (driver's door open). See pictures below:

2002 VW Passat GLS 1.8T throwing two codes: P0171 and P0411. No noticeable loss in performance. Can I fix this myself?

System Too Lean (Bank 1)

Basically this means that an oxygen sensor in bank 1 detected a lean condition (too much oxygen in the exhaust). On V6/V8/V10 engines, Bank 1 is the side of the engine that has cylinder #1.
Note: This DTC is very similar to P0174, and in fact your vehicle may show both codes at the same time.

P0411 Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow Detected, check the...Combination valve
...Secondary Air Injection pump motor
...Secondary Air Injection solenoid valve
I would take it to a mechanic

Chech Engine light on so I plugged in my OBD tool and it read FUEL TRIM TOO RICH AT IDLE(bank 1).What sensor or part needs to be replaced? The vehicle is a 99 VW Passat 4cyl 1.8 turbo.

i would say the up stream o2 sensor.if you had a decent scanner you could watch the readings and know for sure.this is just and educated guess as i do not know those readings.
