In my 2004 Saturn vue the 6 disc changer- I loaded a new cd and error came up now it won't read, play or eject any CDs someone said it could just be a bad fuse so I'm gonna try changing it is the CD player included in the radio fuse? There's not an actual fuse for the CD player.

P.99 describes how to load discs:

1. Select and press any numbered button without an illuminated light above it.
2. Insert the CD while the light above the chosen button is flashing and the two lights on either side of the slot are illuminated.
3. Upon insertion, the CD will begin to play, and both the button light and the lights in the corner of the loading slot will illuminate.
4. Repeat the process for loading any additional CDs. The CD playe rwill stop while additional CDs are loaded.

Playing Discs
The radio will show the CD number, the CD track number, and the Track Time Elapsed while the radio is in the CD mode. IF more than one CD is loaded in the changer, the changer will automatically play the next disc after playing the last track of the current disc.

My endeavor has done this error 3 a couple of times and the cd changer basically shuts off all lights and won't do anything. Someone on another solution page said to slide a credit card back and forth in the cd opening to fix the problem. I've done this both times and it has made the changer play again as if nothing had happened : )

sorry unit is not servicable you can get a used one at many junkyards

I have the same problem with the 2006 sentra

the radio is failed internally, you need a new radio - its possibly jambed and you can remove the top plate on the radio and remove the discs - but it might lock up again

just replaced my 2006 Pontiac G6 GT Monsoon 6 CD changer with an identical model pulled from a totaled car.How do I reprogram it so it works on my car.

I had the same problem i just decided to pull the whole thing out and get a new radio and single disc cd changer put in and so far it works fine.
