ABS light has been on since before the power windows and sunroof stopped working. The Gas gauge does not work either prior to the windows not working
Anti lock wire may have shorted or unplugged n it may be where honda grounded all that. check plug by brake cal

Automotive circuit breakers reset themselves. They will stay open as long as a short exists in the system they provide power to.

TRY SPRAYING BRAKE CLEAN AROUND THE INTAKE ALONG THE VALVE COVERS IF THE IDLE CHANGES YOU HAVE BAD INTAKE GASKETS ALSO LOOK AT THE FUEL PRESSURE REGULTOR PULL THE HOSE OFF IF THERE IS GAS IN THE HOSE THEN YOU HAVE A BAD REGULATOR

well the first part of your question i was all ready to tell you to put a new fuel pump in, now not so sure, there is a relay for fuel pump, can you hear pump cycle and relay click? relay under hood you will have to listen close they don't run long maybe a couple secounds, if you don't relay bad. if you do pump could be bad, do fuel pressure test pump could be weak. don't think sunroof and turn signals are related, but stranger things have happend.

Check the window lock switch on the driver door to make sure that it is not engaged or malfunctioning. The computer controls the window operation by supplying a ground to the window motor when a switch is activated, which is why you found power going to the windows. Is your vehicle still under warranty? Your dealer might be the best source for a solution.
