this may be fused or has a circuit locate fuse panel check these circuits if fuses are good remove the switch and check connection at switch as well as for power at the switch with a test light.

Probably just the hood store lid.
Unlock the hood. Pull up the rear screen and open the hood store lid. Slam the hood store lid shut making that the locks on BOTH sides are holding it down and then replace the hood. The alarm will not set correctly unless both the locks are in position.
