The freon it came out with is r-12 but 134a is what you need to go back in with, and you will have to change the fittings over also,They are called retro fits, ask for them when you purchase the freon, and a charge hose to put it in with,If this was at all helpful, please rate, thank you.,
i am working on a 1991 camry this weekend. i would suspect the battery first. it was just stolen and they probably did not pay attention to the battery the way you would. can you check voltage of the battery. if below 12 volt probably best to take it to a parts store and have it checked. if the battery is ok and you are getting a click try tapping on the starter with a hammer or something solid like a hammer as this usually will make the starter work once or twice. this would mean the starter is going out. have you ever replaced it? how long have you had this car? if the fuses were bad you would not get the click so don't worry about fuses. good luck
give every thing a good spray with WD40 that may help start her up,, its a bad idear to use a high presher water hose for cleaning your engine up,,
you just found out way that is! she will go again after she has dryed off again,,
Not enough info here... I'll take a shot though.
Is your battery good? Do you have to jump the car off to get around in it?
If so, remove the battery cables and clean the terminals to make sure you are getting good contact. Reconnect the cables. Hopefully this is a simple fix... Good luck!
