Stalling and running rough - Hyundai Elantra - 2001-05

The Hyundai Elantra 2001 - 2005, 2.0 L engine is noted for this problem. It will lack power on acceleration and run rough and stall while driving. The engine light will come on for misfire codes. This problem is caused by a vaccum leak at the intake manifold gasket. The gasket is broken and needs to be replaced.
To replace the intake gasket with a new one, remove the 12m nuts holding the intake to the cylinder head. Then pry back( note: you do not have to completely remove the intake manifold here) the intake manifold to gain excess to remove the old gasket. Remove any excess gasket and clean with brake cleans the surface area of the intake. Install the new intake gasket on to the head and carefully install intake on to cylinder head studs. Tighten up nuts gradually and evenly to 15-20 ft.lbs.

I had done over houling of my hundai crdi three cylinder,,, but after completing full overhouling my car stated now there are bubbles coming in the radiater why there are bubbles coming in the radiater can...

The head gasket is allowing compression gas into the water jacket. Did you have the head ground flat before installing it on the head gasket?. Was the old head gasket completely removed from the block? It doesn't take much if a speck of old gasket remains on the block.

How do I stop my hyundai xg300 from blowing white smoke

You have to fix the coolant leak from getting into the cylinder.More than likely its a blown head gasket.Usally a blown head gasket comes from over heating the motor.

The car overheated and has,nt started since

You may have blown the head gasket. An 'OVERheat condition' can cause the engine head to 'warp' and burn the gasket causing combustion chamber leakage between two or more cylinders (lost compression). In order for the engine to 'RUN', it must be able to 'COMPRESS' the air-fuel mixture to get ignition/combustion to produce the power stroke.

A compression test and/or a 'leak-down' test would reveal this (if in fact this has occurred). If it hasn't, something else is causing the 'NO START' condition.

2004 hundai santefe blows white smoke andismissing

You have water entering one or more of your cylinders. Could be a blown head gasket or a cracked head. Especially if you got the engine very hot recently.
