I lost the original keys of my Toyota Premio F 2007 car. The car can't be started without the remote key as it has auto start system. I imported the car from Japan from another user. Do I have to contact Toyota in Japan to get a copy of the key? How do I contact them? Please answer ASAP
If it was me i would go to a toyota dealer with my vin number and if you look on the door it will tell you what month the car was made also take paper to the car registraton to prove you are the owner and they will get you a key you may even have to have the car tow so call the dealer ship first because the new key has to be program to work with the car

go to any Toyota dealer. They will sell you a new key fob but they also charge extra for programming. Total cost for the key fob and programming will be around $100. any Toyota dealer can do it for you

I have the 2010 Toyota Venza push to start. I lost the original key, so i bought a new key with the remote and its was programmed successful but this remote only had the three buttons on it, instead of four buttons ( Including the Hutch button). So i bought another new remote with the four buttons today and I want to know if it will work when i switch the programmed key into the new remote?
1. Searching for the key all over again starting from the most obvious places to the least. 2. have you got a spare key, locate it and mostly its not remote but you can continue using it till you find the remote key. 3. With the spare you can go to your dealer and get another remote key fixed for the car.
you must go to dealer and have akey made because the one you lost probably has a theft deterant by pass built into key thats why it wont start you have a computer chip in your original key that by passed alalrm and it would start ur car they will need ur vin number
