1997 Town Car - How do you remove the complete dash board panel?

I am trying to remove the dash board panel on my 1997 Lincoln Town Car, Cartier Series.

I have removed every bolt and screw that holds the dash in place, but it just will not come out. The area that it seems to be hanging up is on the passenger side to the right of the glove box. Again, I have removed all the bolts that I can find. What could possibly be holding it up and keeping me from removing it?? Help!!!!

There are 3 small bolts across the top where the front defrost grill is. 2 large bolts directly under the headlight switch and another big bolt lower right hand corner of the glovebox area.

    I am currently working on a 03 cartier. I would pull the steering wheel completely out for more room. Especially if you are doing a heater core.

AC blows hot air 1997 Lincoln Town Car. On board system reads code 30.
I do not have a code book ! Try this : Check black canister for cold feel (passenger side under hood)l. If cold, check all vacuum lines...vacuum motors move doors to divert fresh air thru hot or cold coils in plenum chamber (under dash).
