The radio and cd player work but cannot display anything

My radio and cd player work fine but they wont display on the screen. It is just black!! what is it what shoul i do?..........

thanx for ur help but it didnt work..it seems that option doesnt appear on my 'Set' options, there is one that also is in black,

Hi..make sure that u have turned on the
display button the set.once u have turned
off the display button in your set ur display
doesn't appear.This display option will be
available in the set.

If its a 6 disk cd system the cd tray is wedge causing the cd option to not work. Most of the time one of the cd slipped out of its position causing it to wedge

be looking at radio fuses replace if blown then recheck..does the radio work? if it does then micro switches in the radio casing were compromised when those cds were jammed in it..

There may be a seperate fuse for the display, but I doubt it. If you shine a flashlight at the display it may become visible. Mine does.
