Fuel pump is in the gas tank.Your ES 250 does'nt have carburation , it's EFI..Not enough info. to help you.Need to know if vehicle died & wont restart @ all or if it was a 1 time stall then it restarted
Pull a spark plug out & stick it back in ignition wire , lay it on top of engine have another person try to start vehicle while observing if spark plug is sparking. If you have spark then you may have a fuel problem.Unless the t-belt slipped.Or if t-belt broke you will not have any spark.Another common problem for ES 250 is a burnt through ignition rotor, causing a no spark condition. If you have spark , try pulling off one of the small vacuum hose on the passanger side of intake manifold & spray carburator cleaner in vacuum port while someone cranks over the engine. If vehicle fires up or tries to you have a fuel problem & need to diagnoise from there. Good Luck

the Lexus died & will not start again...no fire power at all...does it sound like a fuel pump? If so, is it hard to remove the gas tank?
Awesome! I will give it a try tomorrow
Thank you for the input!
