Did you just need to tell someone or was there a question I failed to see here?
You can go to most any junk yard and pick your own replacement.
Some places don't let you go get your own part, so take a pic of the damaged part in your rig and show them what you are looking for.

It should be the same part from most Chevy/GMC trucks from 1990-2001

SOURCE: 2000 ABS relay location

Unfortunately the ABS relay is built into the EBCM. Electronic Brake Control Module. That is located on the frame rail, left side of vehicle and sits on top of the pump. Both parts are likely to be replaced together as getting the module off the pump can be difficult. I recommend a repair facility do this job but it can be done at home. You will likely need to take loose metal brake lines and that can be quite a task also.
Are you getting a code for the relay / EBCM?

Good luck

SOURCE: cannot get adjustable head rest off the seat

On the plastic pieces surrounding the insertion hole on top of the seat back, there is a very very tiny hole on the side of this piece of plastic. You need to insert a rigid piece of wire or a very fine nail of some kind into this small hole and push until you feel it give, then pull up on the headrest. it should come out. You have to do this on each of the two insertion holes. It's easier with two people.

SOURCE: TILT HANDLE BROKE ON DRIVERS SEAT (MANUAL- NOT ELECTRIC)

This is a common problem and you can buy a new handle at O'reilly's that will slide over what is still sticking out of the seat and tighten with a set screw.

The adjustment handle on drivers side seat has broken can this be replaced ba ford

If it is the plastic finger pull you should be able to replace it as they are usually a 'push on' clip fit. You might have to break the old one off to get the new one on.
if it is the actual lever you will need to remove the seat to see how the bar is fastened into place. Some are bolted and others are riveted. Riveted bars will, unfortunately, involve replacing the whole seat.

Drivers side seat quit working and the seat heat's not working either. Passenger side works fine, fuse looks good, any suggestions?

if you already checked the fuses and found them to be good then you may now want to check the connectors under the seat. You will need a probe light to so this. The probe light will light up if you have power coming into the (+) terminal end. Watch this video to learn how to use a probe light tester.

Ok I don't know who these people are giving advice but I hope they are not gm mechanics. There is a fuse under the hood marked MBEC 1 50amp. If it blows it knocks out both power seats seat heaters and power windows passenger side front and back. I can't believe all this wiring ****!

1995 Chev Silverado 1500 extended cab, standard bed. Passenger seat won't latch. It just lays back all the way. What can I do. Or where to replace seat or rail.

you have a few options take the seat out and inspect it to see if anything is wedged in the mechanics of the seat I have seen debris cause problems like this . this is the cheap route if your lucky.
next route is probably whats wrong , your re-tractor is broke the gears inside wear out or sometime in a car accident they break also. you can try and purchase one new or go out to the salvage yard and find a seat that works and swap out your interior to the new metal frame. The salvage route would be more cost effective then new ..

You may just need to lube all the piviot joints under the truck ,on the passinger side you will see were the cable runs along side the trans.May want to try and get some lube up the cable as well.Pull back the rubber boot to access cable.I have a Haynes book that shows a adjustment spring located near the frame rail were the trans cable and the steering colum cable are joined but doesn't tell you how to adjust.Does show pulling back on white plastic collar to expose the retaining clip.I would just pull back the white collare and spray lube down the cable.Well good luck, and hope this helps.
