You may have a bad module under the coilpack. Did you apply white lithium grease to the bottom of the coil when you installes it? You may heve another bad coilpack which burned out due to a bad module underneath it.

If the sputter got real bad, I could smell what smelled like weed eater gas inside the cabin. As you could also imagine, there is a loss of power.

Sounds like pluged air filter or the air vent going to your trottle is blocked. you dont have enough air.going in the intake.

check O2 Sensors, add a product called Ametech restore at next oil change, this does wonders for your vehicle, improved my BHP & MPG threefold , also as you say it smells bad (Like rotten eggs?) this will be the catalytic converter, either replace or add a product called cataclean to the fuel & take it for a run, It literally cleans all the **** fro the catalytic converter removing that rotten egg smell

Sounds like a bad fuel pressure regulator.Pull vacuum line off regulator if fuel runs out regulator then the diaphram in the regulator is damaged.

the fuel injectors are more than likley again your cause the are known for leaking and the smell of fuel usually means one or more was either improperly installed or defective

Sounds like no spark. Possibly bad coil or bad ignition module.

Won't start. Runs terrible. changed plugs,wires,fuel pump,coil. plugs smelled of gas and were blackened.

Not terribly familliar with honda cars but most systems use either a cold start injector or just richen up mixture through the normal fuel system. This is controlled by a temperature sensor, either separate from or part of dash gauge sensor. I'd begin looking for that. If its always in "cold start" if will give you symptoms like yours. If not fuel injected, check choke operation. This may not be a "cure" but it's a good place to begin looking!
