Hi, Dude, all 250's are not created equal! Sooooooo I have to assume you have the most common size engine which is the 6.4 turbo. The factory replacements are the Motorcraft part # FL-2016 or the Racor #PFL-2016. Hope this is what you needed.
Thanks for trying? Do you still have a problem? Different size engine? I gave you the best answer for the limited amount of information if this isn't correct please let me know so it will better help someone else.

That motor should have a longer warranty on it I would take it to dealer, they are really bad for head gaskets and turbo chargers, if there is any damage that has been sent out the exhaust make sure they remove the nox convertor(looks like a cat. conv.) and clean it out or you will loose power!
It is located on top of the engine black cap with hex nut on top. it is the center one (larger) the smaller one to the right is the secondary fuel filter
Ford 6.0 Diesel engines have two filters one on top of the motor near the old filter and one on the frame rail drivers side. Get to a warm building or try a additive to help ungel the fuel. your local auto parts place can help with additives now and in the future.
