Truck wont start

Check for spark at the distributor if no spark check or replace coil pack. also check to see distributor is turning while engine cranking, if not, possible worn out or broken gear tooth on shaft inside engine.
if distributor turns, check for burnt or worn out points and/or contacts on distributor cap.

Wont start the moter turns over but the fuel lines might be frozen it sat for two years outside

if its getting fuel and spark. check the distributor cap and the pickup in distributor, a lot of times on the older nissans the distributor shaft gets worn out or the rotor button and the cap go bad. check for a loose dist, drive shaft also ! this is probably why it will not start, because of no spark. if dist shaft is loose you may have to replace dist, this is common on the older cars. good-day !

Cranks fine but wont start. i can smell fuel. seems like its not firing.

I would check for a spark first, but you can pull of the distributor cap and check if the rotor is still turning. If it is not turning, you may have a broken timing chain. If it is turning and there is no spark, it is probably bad spark plug wires, spark plugs, distributor cap, rotor, camshaft position sensor, or crankshaft position sensor.

MY 1994 HONDA ACCORD WONT START THE D4 LIGHT COMES ON IVE CHANGED THE MAIN RELAY SWITCH,AND THE FUEL PUMP.BUT I STILL CANT HEAR THE FUEL PUMP TURN ON. WHY?

Check to see if you have spark to your spark plugs. On hondas if you have no spark it wont let the fuel pump get power. This is controlled by a small part in the distributor called the ignitor by honda and ignition module in aftermarket terms. when this part goes bad you wont have spark or fuel. it is a pretty expensive part. sometimes its cheaper to get a used distributor at the junk yard and change the whole thing. also make sure your timing belt hasnt snapped cause if it did your distributor wont turn and you will get the same results. take the distributor cap off and check and see if the rotor spins while someone is cranking the engine. if it doesnt turn your timing belt is broke or your camshaft broke in half. broken camshafts are a common problem with 95 accords. If none of this helps you may have a wiring problem or even your cars computer may have taken a dump

I have a 2001 chevy express 1500 v6 it wont start i check fuel pump, fuses and replaced distributor cap and rotor. havent check spark plugs or wires. it wont start...

Check for broken timing belt. Put a screew into spark plug head put the other end close but not touching to a metal engine part. have some one check for spark while you turn over engine. if thei is no spark check with distributor cap off if the rotor rotates when engine is being tuned over. if not then check timing chain. Good luck.

Won't start, fuel pump runs at key on, spark at coil wire into distributor is yellow, little or no spark at plug wire ends

Sounds like bad distributor cap or rotor. If ones bad, might as well change both. Take off the cap and if there is a black color on the ends of the prongs, or on the end of the rotor, time to replace. Is it getting fuel into motor?
