I had the same problem today and checked all the fuses that I thought might be related to the ignition or radio. All of them looked fine, so I finally went through and checked all of the fuses. The culprit ended up being the 10 amp fuse in the interior fuse box. The owner's manual lists this one as the "Room" fuse, which I guess might translate to "cabin." In any case, everything is working fine after I replaced the blown 10 amp fuse with the spare from the fuse box.

if the grille screws are accessable remove the grille which should give you access to the underside of the lock, you may need a screwdriver to push the lever aside to release the hood
Hope this helps
SOURCE: Blinkers on my '92 Isuzu rodeo are not working--ANY IDEAS??
I don't know the correct test proceedure to idenify the problem before you
purchase a switch In more cases than not the problem with the turn lights on the rodeo's comes down to a bad turn switch. Before spending $150.00 fo the part, I would check fuses which you did, check the flasher,
check the bulbs, it would more than likley not be that all of the bulbs are
inoperative but stranger things have happened. I fou are hady with a 12 volt light tester you may be able to check to make sure that you have power going to the switch, this would be easy if you can removed the stearing wheel and the plastic shroud around the collum as the wires and contacts are on the left side.
To be honest, Ididn't run any test as i was sure that the switch was bad from viewing the posts on the forum and several of them had the same issues.
Good Luck

I just bought a 92 too around three weeks ago and the left turn signal made noise sometimes as it would make a regular blinker noise, but most of the time it would buzz when you turned the left turn signal on. The light on the dash would not work as well. There are several post on the fourm about bad switches and they seem to be a problem for this vehicle.
I tired to find a used one but could not. I purchased one on line from the Partswarehouse and installed it yesterday and everything works as it should.
There is one phillips head screw on the back side of the horn pad to remove and the horn pad should slide off, unhook the horn ground wire
Remove the steering wheel retaining locknut. I was able to bump the back side of the steering wheel with the palm of my hand around 4 times firmly and the steering wheel popped off. In some cases you may have to rent a wheel puller from Advanced Auto or Autozone if you run into difficulty.
Remove the plastic cover from the column , there are around 6 phillips head screws on the under side and the casing has two clips one each side the should snap out with a little pressure.
Remove the two screws form the Turn switch and unhook the harness plug and then reverse the proceedure to install the new switch.
This took me approximately 30 minutes to replace from start to finish,

Did you find out a solution to your problem? I have a 1996 trooper that is showing most of the same symptoms that you have. I'm curious as to your fix. Was it simply a bad ground?
