If you have a light in the glove compartment that might be staying on. I would start pulling fuses one at a time until the clicking stops. Pull a fuse, still clicking, put it back and pull another. Repeat until you find the circuit causing the problem. That will narrow down where you need to look.

most likely the pump is ready to fail. You will need to get it diagnosed. Its possible the battery is weak also.

put number 1 piston so its on top then adjust distributer rotor to that piston from there you can scink it by ear by turning the whole distributer you will be able to hear the diffrenceand smell it if you getting too lean or heavy your spark plugs will let you know also.
sounds to me like your coil packed it in or your timing belt ( chain ) has jumped a tooth. If you have access to a scanner run a diagnostic check on your car to see if it comes up with any trouble codes.
