My 2000 dodge caravan sport keeps running out of brake fluid

THE BRAKE FLUID RESAVOR IS JUST IN FRONT OF THE DRIVER JUST ABOVE THE BRAKE PED BUT UNDER THE HOOD JUST BELOW THE WINDSHIELD

Worn front brake pads. Replace them soon & that is why the light comes on at times since the fluid level is low

Check for codes Before to do o think anything else.

Check for bad sensors or cracked hub ring

Any DOT 3 brake fluid, avaible in most retail giants and auto parts stores.

TRY A HIGHER TEMP. THERMOSTAT AND CHECK YOU TRANS MISSION FLUID LEVEL.IF THE LEVEL IS O.K. ,THEN TAKE IT TO A TRANSMISSION REPAIR SHOP TO HAVE IT AND THE TOURQUE CONVERTER CHECKED.

you might have the module checked but it sounds like the tranny is going out on the van

ABS diagnostics requires a scan tool (Chrysler DRB II, DRB III or aftermarket equivalent). the plug is located near the brake pedal. this is the only alternative to get the ABS light off.

you may have a vacuum leak, this will cause the engine to inhale excess air and when you put your foot on the brake, which is vacuum assisted, it stalls the engine.Check your vacuum lines at the cruise servo( behind the battery) , up to the throttle body, also, check vacuum at the EGR valve and at the front of the engine where the belts run, there is a line that crosses to the fender wall there.
