Peugeot 307 1.4 2004 temp gauge isn't lifting? Oil ok water ok dash giving an alarm sound off?

Have the system pressure tested first, next any rust is bad news, it usually means that you have a seeping head gasket, the combustion gases are very corrosive and that causes the coolant to turn rusty fairly quick. To verify the engine is reaching proper temperature use a manual gage, if it is then check the gage sending unit for proper resistance value. That gunk you call Mayo is oil mixed with water in most cases.

White Smoke Coming from Engine?

It sounds like you need a good mechanic to fix your oil leaks. It's probably the valve cover gasket leaking oil on the cylinder head and it's running down on the hot exhaust manifold.

Why would oil be in my coolant?

Oil in coolant, white smoke at start up = blown head gasket or cracked cylinder.

White smoke is water vapor from coolant. Only at startup indicates a small (extremely small) leak -- it will get bigger. Only at startup is because as engine cools it sucks water into cylinder. A compression check will tell you which cylinder is the problem (could be multiple)

Engine runs fine it blows white smoke out of exaust and uses one quart of oil in one hundred miles

This is symptoms of a blown head gasket.
White smoke is antifreeze burning in the combustion phase.
Oil is also seeping through and being eliminated in the same manner.
Check your tailpipe for oil. Also - check your oil. If it is brown/milky instead of black - you have a head gasket failure or cracked block/cylinder.
Check the coolant quality too. Floating oil or a brown murk - means the same.

Good luck!!

Coolant levels keep going down. no visable leaking with lots and lots of white smoke coming from tail pipe. this is an f350 powerstroke. what may be problem and about what is cost to fix?

Check the radiator cap. there could be a slight leak from there in terms of vapors, which is quite discernible after a few miles.

White smoke cuming out tailpipe 3400 v6

I would almost bet you have a blown head gasket or a cracked head. White smoke at the exhaust, loosing coolant, moisture on the underside of the oil fill cap, and on the dip stick are all signs of a blown gasket. The fact that there is no coolant in the oil does not mean it does not have a blown gasket. To find out for sure remove all spark plugs, disconnect the coil wire, and then run a compression test on all cylinders. If you find one or more with low compression you have a blown gasket. Do not drive this car any longer until you get this repaired. Serious engine damage will occur if you continue to drive it.
