1999 Chevy blazer doesn't start well in cold weather. Engine will fire but kills shortly after it starts. Then it will crank over and over but usually won't start. If I leave it alone and try about a half hour later it will usually start.

Tried a set of clean spark plugs lately? Runs good after warmup, huh? I've had these intakes apart many times after 100k miles and the soot buildup is incredible. This absorbs your initial burst of fuel, and so will a sooty fouled plug. But it will run when temp rises a little and humidity falls.
what about if you were to shoot a little fuel in air cleaner area ?
