You will have to have another TPMS sensor installed. They are pretty pricey. If I remember right, the part is around $150. If you dont mind your tire light being on, you could have a rubber valve stem installed and it would cost a lot less.

I have a 2005 dodge grand caravan ,and i have changed the tire sensor because the service man broke it but the light of the tire pressure still on how can i turn the light off? Thank you

First they should have replaced it. They broke it. Next it has to be programmed to the system. Also if one person broke it and another changed it. The person who changed it should have programmed it. If you didn't use a tire store either time. Take it there. explain to them and they might do it for free. I have on of these scanners and it takes about 10 minutes to set all the tires.

Tire pressure light is staying on in instrument panel. checked tire pressures. all correct

There are two typical types of tire pressure monitoring systems, direct and indirect. Direct TPMS uses individual battery powered sensors on each wheel to report tire pressure to the computer and if this is the case one of your sensors may have failed. Indirect TPMS uses a combination of values measured externally to each wheel (rotation velocity, temperature, etc.) then the computer calculates nominal values and indicates when a wheel is performing outside those nominal values thus indicating a potential low tire pressure situation. Any false indications with an indirect TPMS may be due to a fault within the ECU (computer) or other feedback sensor.

I cannot find the recommended tire pressure for my 2000 Chevrolet Silverado Z-71. I know that the placard on the door is supposed to tell me, but it is not there. Can someone please help?

Try the glove box door, if there's nothing there, 32 psi is generally considered a good default pressure. All tires have a maximum value written on their sidewall and if your truck is heavily loaded you may want to increase the pressure but don't exceed a value that is 5 psi lower than the maximum on the tire. This allows a little headroom for heat expansion.

Low tire pressure warning light will not go out

in some cases you have to put in more then five lbs higher then the rated tire value. thendrive the vehicle or relearn the sensors. once it clears the lightthen lower the pressure to the correct value. pressure should be specified in the drivers pillar on a sticker.

What is the correct air pressure to have for my 235/45R-17 Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position tires on my 2004 Audi S4?

This are rice tires. The pressure depends on what you want to get from your tires.

Ideal pressure for races range from about 5 PSI below maximum pressure to a value near to maximum pressure. A good value for racing will start at about 45 PSI, up to 50 PSI.

Keeping the tires at race pressure (use 45/46, not 50) will give you good performance, but driving will be quite harsh.
For a good performance on everyday driving you can keep the tyres at 35 to 38 PSI, depending on terrain.

Here specs table.
